A studious individual, Brenta feels more at home in a library than she does in an office or a shop. Her looks and magically skill warrent her more attention than she cares for. All she wants is to be left in piece to her practice. However she caught the eye of a certain noble and he pushed her for an engagement. She refused, endlessly. In an attempt to force her into into marrage, he framed her for tax fraud. Something she could not afford to pay the fine for. Knowing the holding system was something that no one ever managed to leave, he attempted to blackmail Brenta he offered to pay her fine in exchange for marraige. She refused, purely to spite him.
