The Fighter

Augustus was blessed with an easy life. His family was well placed and he received good education. It was no surprise when he was accepted into the Temple guard academy. It required him to relinquish all connection to his family. He was more than ready to do so however, it was his dream to defend those of the city. It was a harsh shock when right after he signed the paperwork to leave his family, he stepped into the road without looking and was arrested for jay walking. Having yet to be paid for being a guard and no longer able to go to his family, Augustus had no choice but to apply for a waiver and go into holding. It was a rough time for him, the longer he was there the further his dream seemed.
